Manage 3 kitchen outlets (2 Restaurants and Banquets)
Maintain and establish food cost budget including monthly inventory
Manage sous chefs and cooks- hire, train, coach and develop
Ensure that all staff and food items are current with occupational and food safety standards
Work in a team environment alongside food & beverage outlets department
Partner with or maintain local relationships with food vendors, growers, and suppliers.
