· Utilize communication and phone skills to answer and respond to any inbound consumer inquiries/claims through email, phone fax, or mail
· Utilize organizational and analytical skills to make any necessary changes, evaluate trends, and report metrics to Consumer Contact Sheets
· Perform any necessary consumer trouble shooting
· Perform any other tasks as required
· Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of Customer Service Work Experience
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
