Part-time Administrative Assistant
The part-time Administrative Assistant is expected to complete daily tasks and special projects, including, but not limited to, providing general receptionist services, answering multiple phone calls, greeting and assisting people at the front counter, etc. Special projects will include, but are not limited to, file maintenance, office organization, research for projects, issuing all permits, renting City Park, building Council/Commission binders, etc. The Admin. Assistant will report to the Deputy City Clerk and also provides clerical services to the City Manager.
Part-time position working a flexible 19 hours per week, between 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday.
Salary dependent on experience and government knowledge.
