Assistant Food & Beverage Outlets Manager
Plan, organize, control and direct front-line staff while ensuring the highest customer satisfaction
Manage assigned operational functions within the department consistent with the strategic plan and vision for the department.
Provide management support in the oversight of an assigned shift to ensure the delivery of quality service to guests
Assist with the interview, selection, training, supervision, counselling, and disciplinary process of food and beverage management
Minimum 2 years in food & beverage management
Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required.
